Key Responsibilities:
The information directorate of the ministry of information and internal
security is a service organ of the ministry, whose sole responsibilities
and function are: gathering reports, dissemination, enlightening,
propagating and educating the populace on policy, issues, programmes,
objectives and other activities of government and headed by director
information Habiba Mohammed.
The directorate is sub-divided into 3 units namely:
- Press unit
- Public address system unit
- Photographic unit
